Hair

I'm trying to plan my future, one way is to figure out what I'm doing with my hair. At the moment it's long and thick and it shines. I really like it so I think I'm maybe forced to keep it long for a little longer. So I was thinking that before I go into some dramatic changes I would like my hair to look something like Penelopes Cruz. I wouldn't mind looking like Penelope...or well, having Penelopes husband....but that's  a far fetched dream so I'll settle with the hair. She's stunning and her hair is definitely one of the things that make her as stunning as she is.  So, I might go for the layered hairstyle next time I go to the hairdresser.

But for the future....It's necessary to change hairstyles once in while...nothing more boring than getting stuck in one. So I've been thinking what happens after my long layered hairstyle era. Right now I only have to ideas of what will happen to the mane when changes need to be done.
1. Shoulder length. I've had it before and it looked pretty great, especially when it was blow dried. Problem is that I cannot be bothered blow drying my hair every morning, it's too much of a hazzle for a person who rolls out of bed only to have time to drink a quick coffee before rushing out to where ever I need to go (often with toothpaste on the lips and different coloured socks).  But it's not that bad and shoulder length can be pulled back into a ponytail....
I really like this hairstyle of Heidi....it ranks high on my list of potential future hairstyles.

2. Boycut. It's bold and it's very unlikely that I'll go for it. I used to have totally short hair when I was younger. I was also skinnier back then and I worked at a old-peoples place....they often thought I was a boy. It's fab when it's newly cut and then it's just annoying and strange when it starts growing out, which also means that one needs to visit the hairdresser more frequently. And I try to limit those visits to once to twice a year....so well, I kinda have the answer right here. But it's also cool and totally different from what I've had the last years. This look is adorable. But she also manages too pull off every single look in the book; long, short, shaved, you name it and she will look good with it.

So I really need to figure out what will happen after the layered period. But I will definitely enjoy my long hair a little bit longer. Swinging it back and forth, tying it up in big knots, braiding it and all that. It's also pretty great to see how far a girl can go by playing with her hair.....
