I forgot to mention that me and my mother were told that there was no way I could be her daughter being black and her not being married. The kid was 13 years old......nuf said!

In Iceland

I don't get the weather here. This nation must have done something real serious to piss of the queen of karma.

But the water from the tap is good...that's kinda nice and the shower I took at the gym yesterday was ultranice, so powerful that I got a semi massage.

Going back to Denmark tomorrow, wouldn't mind if that flight would continue a little further south!

I've got a crush

I never really understood when people say that they've fallen in love with a city. How in the.....can you fall in love with a city...Well, I think I'm pretty close to being in love with Rio de Janeiro and all it has to offer! It's the best city I've ever been to and I wouldn't have thought that I would miss it as much as I do.  It's got everything; the sun loves it so it spends most of it's time there, the people are so nice (and pretty) and if you stop them and ask for help they will give up on what they're doing to be able to help, the parties are the best ones I've ever been to and I could go on praising for pages.

So now I'm here in Copenhagen were not only is the climate cold but the people are rather icy as well. So you can see how I'm suffering from "lack of warmth depression". I want to wear hot pants, tank top and flip flops and sip on a mango juice.

I know that it's different to be on a vacation and actually living somewere...but I'm pretty sure that I could live in Rio until and if something better would come a long. I would at least want to give it a try.....so perhaps I should work towards that! Forever tanned, I want to be forever tanned!!!

And so it goes; I've got a major crush on a city!
